Established in September 2022, the company is a professional enterprise dedicated to serving the water-cooling circulation systems in the power industry. As an innovative entity, it integrates technology promotion, development, consulting, and exchange; alongside the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service of special equipment. Recognized as a National Sci-Tech SME in 2023, the company was founded amid a broader push toward technological innovation, advanced manufacturing, green development, and strengthening the real economy.

The company's technical team has participated in and led multiple large-scale domestic and international projects, including those for Wuhan Iron and Steel, Huarun, Huaneng, Guizhou Power Grid, as well as photovoltaic power plants in Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Kazakhstan.

Over the past three years, the team has spearheaded more than two hundred power station projects, including State Power Investment Corporation's offshore wind power projects, Huarun photovoltaic projects, Dubai photovoltaic power station projects, TBEA, China Energy Engineering Group, CGN Power, and Midea Hicon.
